The Vall d’Incles was the port of salvation for the sailors of Noah’s Ark. After the great flood Noah saw in the middle of the immense blue sea a ring protruding from the peak of Fontargent (2,618 meters). There he moored the ship and as the waters receded, Noah let his cattle graze in the Incles Valley.”
You are about to live a gastronomic experience in the iconic Unnic Restaurant, which has based its design on this mythical Andorran legend of Noah's Ark.
The reproductions of the cages of the animals in the ark, the waves of the sea represented in the shape of the bar, the wings of the birds on the ceiling, the clouds in the sky, the caves and the peaks of Andorra on the walls, they will make you feel in a different world, in a special place.
On our menu you will find a careful selection of market products that fuse the best Mediterranean cuisine with traditional Andorran mountain cuisine.
Our chef is pleased to present the menu where you will find cheeses from the Pyrenees, select meats and rice dishes that will immerse you in Andorran culture.
Welcome to the Unnic Restaurant and enjoy the experience.
The Menú Experience is an expression of contemporary haute cuisine, conceived as a gastronomic ritual where time stands still and the product speaks. Under the direction of chef Thierry Burton, each creation is born from absolute respect for the raw ingredients, technical precision and a creative vision that seeks to move you.
Seven courses that evolve with the season and invite you to explore subtle flavours, refined textures and surprising balances. An elegant and serene signature cuisine, where every dish is designed to be savoured, observed and remembered.
All of this in the intimate and sophisticated atmosphere of El Restaurant d’UNNIC, in the centre of Andorra: a space where luxury is experienced without ostentation and the gastronomic experience takes centre stage.
